Once AWE Communities has proven its operating model, it is anticipated that great interest and opportunities will be generated for the expertise and know-how that the developers and members of AWE possess in building high-quality, high-functioning sustainable communities. AWE Development, Design and Consulting (“ADDC”) will continue to develop and design additional AWE Communities while also providing consulting services, workshops and certifications to enterprise, developers, architects, engineers, designers and building contractors.

Furthermore, the ADDC will provide consulting to existing communities and enterprise to help them optimize their operations, productivity, energy-resource-waste management and internal and external relations.  ADDC will utilize whole-system approaches that balance needs for growth, revenues and profitability with social and environmental responsibility.
