HOUSING IN AWE

Housing in AWE - All housing will be built in accordance with very high standards of design, beauty, ecology, energy, comfort and function. As mentioned above, AWE Communities provides several options for living and participating in AWE  The following description of the housing is alignment with these principles and options.

Community Housing - AWE will provide Community Service Member a lease to Community Housing and access to the Amenities in exchange for services.  Community Housing will be located closest the area within the community where the member works and provides service. There will be configurations for couples, families and singles, each with a living room, appro¬priate bedroom-bathroom ratio, small kitchen, dining nook and workspace.  The Community Housing will be higher density condominium style homes.

Private Residences – For those that want the community experience, but require more privacy, AWE Communities will sell custom home lots and develop and sell private residences, which may be purchased in fee simple. Owners of these residences will be required to pay homeowners’ association (“HOA”) fees to support and partake in the community’s Amenities.   Each homeowner may apply to the community to pay a reduced HOA fee in exchange for work contribution to the community.  Profits from the development and sale of private residences and lots will also help finance capital expenses of the community development, while homeowners’ association fees will help support the operations of the community

Zoning - In order to maintain a sense of freedom while maintaining a respect for the space and privacy of other members, zoning by use will be employed.  Although community involvement, participation and celebration are encouraged, so is respect for members’ de¬sire for quiet, focus, contemplation, meditation and rest.  Thus, separate zoning will be provided for the following activities:

  • Residential

  • Conservation

  • Community

  • Recreation and sports

  • Private and quiet

  • Events

  • Industrial

  • Resort

  • Commercial

  • Meditation, spiritual, contemplation and silence

  • Agricultural

  • Music, dancing and celebration

Sustainable Energy Production
- The community will operate “off the grid” and fulfill 100% of its fuel and energy needs with a combination of on-site renewable energy such as solar, wind and bio-fuel technologies. Moreover, utilizing waste-to energy technologies will help manage waste while creating energy for the community. The foregoing industrial facilities will be operated away from the living spaces in AWE, so that neither the residents nor resort guests are disturbed by any of the industrial operations. Where necessary, walls will be erected and landscaping will be planted to maintain the beauty and serenity of the community. Additionally, transportation in the community will be fueled by renewable sources created onsite. The bio fuel facilities will be designed in a modular fashion so that they can be more easily expanded to provide for an additional profit center for the community.

Bio-Architecture - Mahalaya Communities is dedicated to designing and developing building spaces which create, support and enhance life and living systems. The premise behind bioarchitecture is that all life responds well to design that is in accordance with nature and avoids harmful materials and sharp corners which literally bleed (haemorrhage) capacitive charge. The ultimate goal of biologic architecture is to create fractal charge fields that are implosive in nature and encourage life, positive DNA resonance and charge implosion (the electrical principle of life itself).

Design Guidelines - Create living space by observing some simple rules:

1. Use natural geometries, shapes, forms, ratios and growth patterns to design our spaces in order to create life and truly sustainable systems. This is 'Full Spectrum Architecture' - not just 'green architecture'!

2. Use virtually ALL biologic materials - to create fractal charge field effects ( avoid particularly aluminium and steel - also plastics wherever at all possible)

3. Plan structures by observing for negative ion potential, and environmental magnetic maps- to find the place of healing (non-destructive charge compression).

4. Make detailed plans to eliminate most all electro smog - the adverse affects of electrical contamination. (Seriously poisonous to most biology)

5. Include paramagnetic stone arrays (dolmen, stone circle, labyrinth) kinds of structure external and or internal - to create rose petal like attraction for living charge.

6. Work with elemental forces under, on and above the land - (living charge domains) - to include the symphony of life in your structural plan.
